Paul is Operations Manager at Numina, which builds a sensing and data platform for cities to measure multimodal traffic in streets. Paul previously served as Program Manager at Boeing Ventures (now HorizonX Ventures), leading strategy development for new commercial ventures within industrial Internet of Things, energy storage, satellites, data analytics and modeling & simulation and commercial infrastructure inspection. While at Boeing, Paul supported multiple internal teams on new business development proposals and mentored two winning teams competing in the Boeing Patent Challenge, jointly-run by Boeing and Washington University in St. Louis. He is a 2014 Fellow Alumnus of Venture For America and a 2014 graduate of Williams College, where he studied Environmental Geosciences and was awarded honors for his paleoceanography thesis.
