The scientific and organizing committee has finished selecting the abstracts for both podium presentations and poster + lightning talks giving us over 90 presentations with a total of over 250 authors from a variety of countries around the world. There are many exciting topics and research findings that will be presented in September. We are expecting a large and diverse turnout. Now that the abstract review has been completed we have opened up registration via the UC Davis Conference and Events Services website. See the following information on registration fees and options:

September 1 is the last day to pre-register for this conference. If you still wish to attend, you will need to register on-site and pay the on-site fee.

Guest Dinner Tickets

Dinner on Friday, September 22 is included for registrants, you may purchase extra tickets for guests at $30 per person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by August 15, 2017, will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests received August 16 through September 6 will be refunded less a $160 cancellation fee. Requests received as of September 7 will not be refunded. Send cancellation requests to events@ucdavis.edu.
